  • A Local’s Guide to Pearland Town Center

Pearland Town Center is the default answer to “where should we go” for a lot of households around here, and it’s grown enough over the years that even longtime residents periodically discover a store or restaurant they didn’t know was there. Here’s a working guide to what’s on-site.

    Dining

The food options skew toward fast-casual and quick service, which makes it an easy stop on a weeknight. On the sit-down-ish end, you’ve got Piada, Fish City Grill, ShoGun Japanese Grill & Sushi Bar, Russo’s New York Pizzeria, Gringo’s Mexican Kitchen, and la Madeleine. For something faster, there’s Freebirds World Burrito, BonChon Chicken, Popeyes, Dairy Queen, and Mongo. And if you’re there for dessert or a coffee run: Tiff’s Treats, Krispy Kreme, Smallcakes Cupcakery & Creamery, Ugly Donuts & Corn Dogs, and The Original HoneyBaked Ham for something in between.

    Shopping

Retail leans toward apparel and specialty stores: Bath & Body Works, Hollister Co., Windsor, Kendra Scott, The Children’s Place, Journeys and Journeys Kidz, and Miniso for the browse-everything crowd. James Avery Artisan Jewelry and Jared the Galleria of Jewelry cover the jewelry end, and Bricks & Minifigs and SpudsTCG are worth knowing about if you’ve got kids into building sets or trading card games.

    Services and everything else

Beyond shopping and food, the Town Center has become a genuine one-stop location for errands: Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids and Salons by JC for haircuts, Bodybar Pilates and JD Sports for anyone working fitness into the trip, Lovett Dental, Perfume Depot, Suit Warehouse, and Anthony Vince Nail Spa.

    Practical notes

Stores and restaurants rotate in and out over time — this list reflects what’s currently on-site, but it’s worth double-checking before making a special trip for any one specific store. If you know of a new addition or a closure we should update, let us know.
